A talk largely focused around reverse proxies. It will answer why you can probably cache more than you already do. How you can do it. Where to start. If it's worth it and what you can do to prepare for massive scaling without re-engineering everything. The examples will be Varnish-specific but the underlying techniques are not.

Kristian has been breaking things and fixing them again for most of his life. He's a C, Java, AWK, perl, python and misc programmer and spends his day working with Varnish Cache. He wrote most of the Varnish Book used for professional Varnish training because someone had to do it.
