Todd Waits

Todd Waits is a project lead at an FFRDC in the US. Todd uses his Masters degree in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University to provide a unique perspective while improving workflows and processes with innovative technology solutions. He helps law enforcement and government agencies embrace modern technologies. He is concerned with reducing repeated work by leveraging open source tools in a software development shop to generate documentation dynamically.
