The AI Teammate: Bringing Agentic AI into Slack
Most AI tools make one developer faster in a private session. This talk explores what changes when AI becomes a teammate in Slack. Drawing on our experience building Luma at Lightspeed, I’ll cover shared context, tools, memory, safety and auditability. Beyond the technical implementation, we will explore how public AI collaboration helps teams reuse investigations, learn from each other, discover new workflows, and adopt AI organically.
