Beyond WCAG: Building Products People Can Actually Use
Passing a WCAG audit does not guarantee a usable experience. This session explores the gap between technical compliance and real usability, using examples from screen reader testing, keyboard navigation, cognitive accessibility, and user research. Attendees will learn how to move beyond checkbox compliance toward truly inclusive design.
